Request Complaint Module

The Customer Complaint Management Module enables the service receiving organization to supervise the service providing organization and to create warnings about the nonconformities detected. It works integrated with VEGA’s other modules, the HR Module and the Operations Module, and helps organizations take action by quickly processing the request or complaint by managing and tracking requests and complaints from being created to their resolution. Once the complaint is registered, a workflow is triggered and a notification is sent to the management to assign the relevant work to the responsible employee. The request-complaint module ensures that companies providing services in operation management are in constant interaction with their customers and service quality is continuously improved.
